Thailand is a very accessible country and welcomes people from all over the world.

For crypto nomads who travel frequently between countries, you can enter Thailand multiple times using a Visa Exemption or Visa-on-Arrival.

For those who plan to stay in Thailand for a longer period of time, it's a good idea to apply for a Tourist Visa in advance. This will allow you to convert to a long-term visa during your two-month visa period without having to leave Thailand.

This information is useful for anyone who wants to visit Thailand from anywhere in the world.

For short-term stay < 45 days ➡ Visa Exemption, Visa on Arrival

Update: Starting October 1, 2022, Thailand CCSA has announced that the Visa Exemption stay period will be extended from 30 days to 45 days. This change is currently in effect until 31st March 2023.

Update: Starting October 1, 2022, Thailand CCSA has announced that the Visa on Arrival stay period will be extended from 15 days to 30 days. This change is currently in effect until 31st March 2023.

For mid-term stay < 3 months ➡ Tourist Visa

For long-term stay > 3 months ➡ Study Visa, Elite Visa

Study Visa: Muay Thai Study Visa, Language Study Visa
